Dear Friends and Neighbours,

As we approach election day, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the residents of Ancaster and Dundas who have welcomed me into their homes, shared their perspectives, challenged my thinking, and taken an interest in the future of Catholic education.

When I began this campaign, I made a commitment to approach the democratic process with the same dedication, professionalism, and accountability that I believe public service deserves. I have worked hard to honour that commitment.

From developing a comprehensive campaign website and introducing my CARE platform, to knocking on doors, hosting a community meet and greet, participating in podcasts, engaging with parents and educators, and sharing perspectives through community outreach, I have made every effort to demonstrate what meaningful engagement looks like.

I believe the effort, accessibility, and accountability demonstrated during a campaign should be the standard we expect from our elected representatives once the election is over.

Four guiding principles

C · Community: Building safe, welcoming, and inclusive Catholic schools where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

A · Accountability: Promoting transparency, responsible stewardship of public resources, and meaningful accountability at every level of school board leadership.

R · Results: Focusing on measurable improvements in student achievement, attendance, well being, and readiness for the future.

E · Education: Championing academic excellence, innovation, and STEM opportunities while respecting and strengthening the Catholic values that distinguish our schools.

These principles are more than campaign commitments. They represent how I believe leadership should be practiced.

Throughout this journey, I have also been reminded that good leadership is not about having every answer. It is about having the humility to listen, the courage to ask difficult questions, and the discipline to make informed decisions.

When difficult or complex decisions arise, I will look to credible scientific research, objective evidence, and the lived experiences of our community. Research can help us understand what works, but the voices of parents, students, educators, and administrators help us understand how decisions affect real people. Both perspectives deserve thoughtful consideration, guided by our responsibilities within Catholic education.

I have always believed in Four Voices. One Vision. Parents, students, teachers, and administrators each bring an essential perspective to the table. Meaningful progress happens when those voices are heard, respected, and brought together around shared goals.

This campaign has required considerable time, energy, and personal commitment. I have embraced every part of that responsibility because I respect the democratic process and the trust that comes with seeking public office. The work I have put into this campaign is a reflection of the commitment I intend to bring to the role of trustee.

Regardless of the outcome, I am grateful for the conversations, encouragement, constructive criticism, and relationships that have made this experience so meaningful.

To the residents of Wards 12 and 13, thank you for your time, your engagement, and your commitment to our Catholic school communities.

On October 26, I encourage every eligible voter to participate in our democratic process and make an informed choice about the future of Catholic education.

Community. Accountability. Results. Education.
CARE. It's Our Standard.

With sincere appreciation,
